Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
for spinach puree:
  • 8-10 spinach leaves
  • 3-4 coriander springs
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp green peas
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • ½ tsp amchur powder ( dry mango powder)
  • ¼ cup water
for rava cutlet:
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp chat masala + ¼ tsp chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup suji/rava
  • 1-2 tbsp boiled corns, crushed
  • ¼ cup carrots, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp oil to shallow fry
for spinach puree:
  1. first of all, take all in the ingredients in a mixer jar.
  2. grind to a smooth puree.
for rava cutlet:
  1. take prepared puree in a sauce pan and add curd to it.
  2. add water and mix well.
  3. then add salt to taste and chat masala.
  4. bring the mixture to a boil and turn off the flame.
  5. add suji and mix well.
  6. cover and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  7. after 5 minutes mix well.
  8. let the mixture come down to a room temperature.
  9. add grated carrots, boiled corns, salt to taste & chat masala.
  10. mix well and prepare like a dough.
  11. roll cutlets into desired shape.
  12. heat pan and add oil to shallow fry.
  13. place cutlets to shallow fry and fry on medium flame on both the sides till they turn golden brown.
  14. serve rava palak cutlets with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
Helpful Tips
- you can add crushed corns instead of whole corn.

- you can also stuff some cheese while preparing cutlets to make it more delicious.
