instant bhature recipe | whole wheat bhature | phudina bhature - quick and easy mint flavoured bhature to enjoy with chole masala.

Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
for paste:
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 4-5 springs coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp curd
for minty bhature recipe:
  • 1½ cups wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp chat masala
  • a pinch of soda
  • 1 small potato, boiled and mashed
  • ¼ cup curd or as required
  • 1 tsp oil
  • oil to deep fry
for paste:
  1. take all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
  2. bend to a smooth puree.
for minty bhature recipe:
  1. take a mixing bowl and add wheat flour, salt to taste, chat masala, a pinch of soda, boiled & mashed potato, and prepared paste.
  2. mix well.
  3. add curd as required to make medium stiff dough.
  4. take a teaspoon of oil and knead the dough for 2 minutes.
  5. divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
  6. take one dough ball and flatten a bit.
  7. dust it with some dry flour.
  8. roll into medium thick puri.
  9. deep fry on a medium flame till golden brown.
  10. serve minty bhature with chole masala.
Helpful Tips
- for soft bhature, prepare dough using curd.

- add spices and mint paste according to your taste.
