Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
for stuffing recipe:
  • ¾ cup hung curd
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp chat masala
  • 2 tbsp diced paneer
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped (deseeded)
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
for tandoori mayo sandwich recipe:
  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
for stuffing recipe:
  1. for stuffing, take a mixing bowl and hung curd to it.
  2. further add salt to taste, tandoori masala and chat masala.
  3. mix properly.
  4. further add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, onions and diced paneer.
  5. mix well.
  6. finally add lemon juice and mix well.
  7. refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
for tandoori mayo sandwich recipe:
  1. take a bread slice and apply green chutney over it.
  2. then put prepared stuffing over it.
  3. apply green chutney and tomato ketchup on another bread slice. cover the sandwich.
  4. put it in the grill machine upright down.
  5. apply little butter on the top as well.
  6. cut the sandwich into pieces. serve tandoori sandwich with sriracha sauce.
Helpful Tips
- add vegetables like carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, olives as per your taste and availability.

- add a cube of cream cheese if you are making for kids.

- adjust spices according to your taste.
