rajkot ni chutney | spicy & tangy green chilli chutney | rajkot famous chutney - quick and easy famous rajkot chutney in 5 minutes.

Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup green chillies, spicy
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp citric acid (nimbu k phool) or 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. soak peanuts for half an hour in warm water.
  2. take all the ingredients in a mixer jar. grind once.
  3. now add turmeric powder, 2 tbsp water & grind once.
  4. transfer in a bowl, you can store this chutney in an air tight container for a month if using citric acid and if adding lemon juice it can be stored for a week in refrigerator.
Helpful Tips
- add citric acid if you want to store it for longer time or if you want to carry it along for holidays.

- add lemon juice if you are going to use it immediately or want to store it not more than a week.

- if you want to store this chutney for long time, do not add water, you can add water as required whenever you want to use it.
