Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
for raw salsa recipe:
  • 1 tomato, deseeded & finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onions, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
for corn salad recipe:
  • ½ cup corn kernels, boiled
  • ½ cup yellow & red bell peppers, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs
for beans recipe:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1½ cups kidney beans, boiled & roughly mashed
  • ½ cup spring onions, chopped
for rice recipe:
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
other ingredients:
Instructions
for raw salsa recipe:
  1. take a small mixing bowl and add all the ingredients one by one in it.
  2. mix well & keep aside.
for corn salad recipe:
  1. take another small mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.
  2. mix well and keep this aside as well.
for beans recipe:
  1. heat a pan and add oil to it.
  2. then add garlic paste to it & saute till raw smell disappears.
  3. then add finely chopped onions & saute till translucent.
  4. now add tomato puree and cool till oil separates.
  5. further add tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper powder.
  6. cook this mixture for a minute.
  7. next add in boiled & roughly mashed kidney beans and chopped spring onions.
  8. mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
for rice recipe:
  1. heat a pan and add butter to it.
  2. add cooked rice and saute rice in butter for 2 minutes.
for veg burritos bowl recipe:
  1. take a bowl & add rice to it.
  2. further add beans mixture over it.
  3. then add some prepared corn salad over it and next put some sour cream over it.
  4. sprinkle some spring onions, mexican hot sauce and grated cheese over it. put it in microwave for 40 seconds and serve hot wiht some extra sour cream, guacamole and nachos chips.
Helpful Tips
- add green capsicum to the corn salad to make it more healthy.

- to make the burriots bowl more healthy, use black beans instead of kidney beans.

- sautéed rice in butter gives nice flavour to the burrito bowl.

- add sour cream, hot sauce according to your taste.

- finally serve vegetarian burritos with sour cream, guacamole and nachos chips.
