Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder (jeera)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mint powder / fresh mint leaves
  • ½ tsp chat masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. first of all, wash the cucumber & cut head and tail.
  2. then peel off the skin.
  3. then grate the cucumber using grater
  4. now take yoghurt in a mixing bowl.
  5. add roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, mint powder and chat masala.
  6. mix well.
  7. now add grated cucumber & mix.
  8. then add red chilli powder & mix.
  9. at last add chopped coriander leaves & mix well.
  10. tastes best when served chilled.
Helpful Tips
- add fresh mint leaves if available r else you can also add dry mint powder.

- adjust spices according to your taste.
