bombay sandwich chutney recipe | green chutney for sandwich with step by step photo and video recipe. recipe the fresh green colour makes it appealing to everyone. coriander leaves are the main ingredient, adding spinach leaves will give nice green colour to the bombay sandwich chutney. along with this it will also make chutney healthy and more tasty. one can also add mint leaves, but it can make your chutney look dark in colour, so i prefer adding mint leaves only if the green chutney is going to be consumed on the same day. you can make this chutney and store in your freezer in an air tight container for up to a month.
your mumbai sandwich are just incomplete without green chutney. many a times, when I am hungry and there’s nothing to eat, I just add green chutney to kurmure and munch it as a snack. i even like adding this chutney to the boiled moong with little salt in it and have it with khakhra (thin crackers) as breakfast.
